Dependencies and regularities are established: the ones of formation of dynamic processes of interaction of hoisting machine elements with RCRs; the ones of dynamic parameters of interaction of vessels with reinforcement on parameters of a hoisting machine with RCRs; the ones of residual strength of reinforcement guides on dynamic parameters of a “vessel – reinforcement” system; the ones of interaction of cables of an RCR and a driving drum in a mechanical system “rope cables – elastomer shell – lining – drum”; the ones of a stress-strain state of a rope elastomer shell and drum lining during shear force transmission on rope and lining parameters. The following is established: integral values of energy loss during rope and drum lining deformation in a condition of tractive force transfer; dynamic parameters of a continual system of a mobile hoisting machine; generalized theoretical and experimental dependencies and regularities of interaction of an RCR and a drum in a mechanical system “rope cables – elastomer shell – lining – drum”. The following is developed: a method of performing experiments on pseudo-realistic models of determining an efficiency coefficient of a tackle with an RCR; recommendations on creating a parametric series of hoisting machines with RCRs, non-reducer drive and a tackle; methods of diagnosing and criteria of estimation of operation safety of hoisting complexes with RCRs.
