The latter, in turn, envisages complementing the strategic partnership model between Ukraine and the EU and NATO with a more effective form of allied relations and the creation of military-political alliances with the EU and NATO member states on a confederate basis. The object of the study is military-political cooperation between Ukraine and the EU. The subject of the research is the constitutional and international legal aspects of the state policy for ensuring military-political cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the current geopolitical conditions.
