Evaluate etiological, clinical and morphological peculiarities of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with chronic kidney disease stages II-III on the background of obesity. 2. Study the features of metabolic disorders in the development and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in comorbidity with chronic kidney disease depending on its stage. 3. Investigate the functional state of the endothelium, peculiarities of the liver, heart and renal hemodynamics in comorbidity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with chronic kidney disease stages II-III. 4. Identify the features of blood levels of cytokeratin-19, homocysteine, C-telopeptide end procollagen-I, leptin, adiponectin, N-terminal brain natriuretic propeptide, indican dependent on type of progress of the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic kidney disease stages II-III. 5. Set the effectiveness of meldonium and L-carnitine and fractionated plasmapheresis in patients with combined nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and renal failure stages II-III, on the basis of which to develop differentiated programs for their application. The novelty of the work: On condition of detecting the interconnected aggravation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic kidney disease course, treatment of comorbid course of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic kidney disease will be improved, taking into account the stage of the disease. Expected results: Increase the effectiveness of medical assistance for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic kidney disease, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and optimizing the algorithms of care given to patients.
