The concept of a new technology for the utilization of dust emissions - waste from the blast furnace process of metallurgical production has been thoroughly elaborated, as well as a new, technologically innovative methodology of obtaining nanostructured iron oxide and polymetallic microdispersed phases from carbon-containing secondary technogenic raw materials of metallurgical complex of Ukraine. Mechanisms of interaction of leaching factors - organic (oxalate, lactate and acetic) and mineral (sulfate and chloride-hydrogen) acids with the main components of dust concentrates - microdispersed metal phases (0 0, Zn Fe) and their oxides (ZnO Fe Fe) are determined. OFe, 2 3 2 ), mineral phases - hematite (3 2O Fe ), magnetite (4 2O FeFe), goethite () (OH FeO ) and amorphous carbon (Camofn). The physicochemical regularities of the leaching of metals from the mineral phases of the dust concentrate were investigated, the selectivity of the action of organic acids under different temperature regimes and depending on the type was determined hydrodynamic mode. Particular attention was paid to studies of the leaching processes of iron (the main metallic phase of the dust concentrate) and iron oxides with oxalic acid. This creates water-soluble oxalates of iron (III) from which nanostructured iron metal phases (0) can be obtained by successive redox reactions.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
