Information × Registration Number 0220U100848, 0119U100357 , R & D reports Title Multifunctional nanostructured network composites based on glassy chalcogenides, chalcohalogenides and borates popup.stage_title Head Shpotyuk Oleg Iosypovych, Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 28-01-2020 Organization Vlokh Institute of Physical Optics popup.description2  As a result of the fulfillment of the first stage of the project, the effects of self-nanostructuring of covalent-grid glass composites (CGGNC) on the basis of glassy chalcogenides (GC), chalcohalides (GCH) and borates (GB), caused by their high-energy mechanochemical activation, were investigated and their structural and optical characterization was carried out, including: - samples of As/Ge-S/Se-Ga GC, 65GeS2-25Ga2S3-10CsCl GCH and Li2B4O7-CaB4O7-LiKB4O7 GB were synthesized and prepared; their microstructure (by X-ray diffractometry, EPR and PEAS) and optical properties were investigated; - using the software package "Hyper-Chem", quantum-chemical modeling of intra-structural inhomogeneities in GC, GCH and GB on the "first principles" base was carried out, the optimal compositions of their forming matrices for activators introduction were determined; - the effects of self-nanostructuring in CGGNC, caused by their high-energy mechanoactivation, were investigated, the operational properties of mechanically activated CGGNC were parameterized; - a phenomenological configurational-entropy model of self-nanostructuring in CGGNC based on As/Ge-S/Se-Ga GC, 65GeS2-25Ga2S3-10CsCl GCH and Li2B4O7-CaB4O7-LiKB4O7 GB was proposed. Based on the results of the first stage of the project, the methodology for the creation according to the scheme “forming-stabilization-functioning” of proper nanostructured inhomogeneities in CGGNC based on GC, GCH and GB with optimized characteristics for reproducible elements of optoelectronics, IR photonics, sensor and opto-telecommunication technics is substantiated.
