For the first time the concepts of management of socio-ecological and economic safety of the enterprise using systemic, institutional, functional, process approaches have been developed; developed a three-pronged methodological approach to the analysis of financial risks of joint-stock companies, developed conceptual frameworks for financing climate security at the interstate and state levels; the algorithm of formation and procedure of implementation of the strategy of ensuring the safety of the insurance market at the regional level has been developed; the system of monitoring the investment security of the state and the region is proposed; a conceptual approach to the shading of the national economy has been developed; an economic and mathematical model has been developed, which provides an assessment of the impact of social security indicators on its status and overall indices of social development; a strategy for comprehensive long-term modernization of Ukraine's outdated and energy-intensive housing stock was proposed; the conceptual system of institutionalization of the state investment security has been developed; a semantic model of the investment potential of the national economy nanoscale is proposed. The developed mechanisms for managing the socio-ecological and economic safety of objects are considered as a means of realization of social, state and regional development goals, based on which, as the criteria of efficiency and global goals, at the same time, laid indicators of human development, human capital, quality of life, quality of the environment, material wealth, social welfare, free access to public resources.
