In the second part, the influence of the magnetic field on the change in the microhardness of KDP crystals was studied. It is shown that as a result of the exposure of crystals in the magnetic field, the spin state of the impurity complex in KDP changes. The kinetics of the effect of transformation of metastable states on the variations of magnetic induction, exposure time, as well as the orientation of the crystal in the magnetic field and the impurity composition of the crystal were studied. In the third direction, the influence of incorporated TiO2 nanoparticles on the microhardness of KDP: TiO2 crystals before and after their magnetic treatment was established. It is found that magnetically treated KDP: TiO2 crystals acquire a metastable structure at the stage of their self-organization, which is characterized by increased mechanical strength. In the fourth direction, spectroscopic and laser characteristics of two benzopyran derivatives for the IR region of the spectrum in pre-annealed xerogel SiO2 matrices were measured and analyzed. The influence of the structural factors of the dye molecule on its irradiation losses in the excited state is revealed. In the fifth direction, a concentration series of Fe2+ solid solution crystals: Cd1-xMnxTe was obtained and laser generation was obtained. Samples of laser erbium glasses with different concentrations of activators and sensitizers were obtained. The energy transfer process between Cr2+ -Fe2+ ions in the Zn1-xMnxSe crystal: Cr2+, Fe2+ (x=0.3) is shown that the non-radiative energy transfer between Cr2+ -Fe2+ ions is a dipole-dipole type.
