The subject of the study at the 2019 stage is non-neoplastic morbidity based on gender and time from the date of the accident. The purpose of the work is to determine the features of post-accident changes of non-tumor morbidity of persons aged 0–17 years at the time of the Chernobyl accident from among the residents of radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine and evacuated from the 30-km zone of the Chernobyl NPP. Formation of gender-age cohorts for analytical epidemiological studies. At the 2019 stage, the formation of three basic cohorts was continued based on DRU data: cohort 1 - persons of childhood and adolescence at the time of the accident, who lived and resided in the territories of radioactive contamination (RZT); cohort 2 - children and adolescents evacuated from the Chernobyl NPP 30 km; cohort of 3 persons, of the first generation (up to 18 years) born of the affected parents-residents of RZT, in the period from 01.03.1987 to 01.03.2001. As a result of an epidemiological study of the health status of residents of HRT cohort 1, during the period 1988–2016, 45,417 cases of non-neoplastic diseases were recorded, which is 103.46 ± 0.47 cases per 10 3 people-years. In men, the incidence of non-tumor morbidity was significantly lower (96.32 ± 0.63) than in women (110.60 ± 0.67). The trend of non-tumor morbidity of the investigated patients showed the highest morbidity (304.7 ± 1.52) in the first seven years from the date of the Chernobyl accident (1986–1992), with a gradual decrease in each subsequent five-year period. The peculiarity of the structure of non-tumor morbidity is that the main components were diseases of the respiratory system, digestion, endocrine system, which occupied 78.85% regardless of sex.
