The method is based on a nonlinear three-dimensional creep theory of the hereditary type constitutive equations of which are given the form corresponding to the hypothesis of the strain and stress tensor deviators proportionality. The nonlinearity of viscoelastic properties under one-dimensional and complex stress states is given by equations of the Robotnov equation type. Fractional-exponential functions are used as creep kernels. The parameters of kernels are determined based on relations that establish the dependence between creep kernels under complex and one-dimensional stress state conditions. The discrete values of kernels in the singularity fields are taken into account using weighting functions. The problem of longitudinal, transverse and shear creep strains calculation of thin-walled tubular elements under combined loading tension with torsion has been solved and experimentally tested.
