The innovative technology of dyeing of cotton knitted fabrics by active dyes with the use of Quaternary ammonium compounds is theoretically substantiated, experimentally confirmed and developed, which allows to obtain intensities of 1.5 times by eliminating the neutral electrolyte and reducing the duration of the dyeing process. It is established that for carrying out the process of dyeing of cotton textile material by active dyes without the use of neutral electrolyte as the most effective can be recommended drug Katapav 1214C.50. Mathematical planning (second order rotatable planning) obtained a mathematical model of the process of dyeing cotton textile materials with active dyes using pre-treatment of the fiber with Quaternary ammonium compound and determined the optimal technological parameters: dyeing time and concentration of Katapav 1214C.
