Increased expression levels of lactate dehydrogenase A and aldolase A in 4T1 cells with up-regulation of adapter protein have been demonstrated. In the case of overexpression of the adaptor protein, in the culture medium there was a decrease in the activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 metalloproteinases, an increase in the activity of lysyloxidase, and in the cell lysates - the activities of semicarbazide-sensitive amino oxidase and diamino oxidase, aldehyde dehydrogenase and formaldehyde dehydrogenase with a corresponding significant twofold reduction in total intracellular aldehyde concentration. An increase in the level of hydrogen peroxide with corresponding significant inhibition of the activities of antioxidants enzymes, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase was revealed. The acquisition of doxorubicin and cisplatin resistance by human small cell lung carcinoma cells MOR and H69 lines, respectively, correlated with changes in expression levels of Ruk / CIN85, epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers, glycolytic enzymes, and TLR-4 receptors.
