V. Kurdyumov IMPh of the N.A.S.U. popup.description2  The results of metallographic, electron microscopy, energy dispersive, ultrasonic, autoradiographic, tribological and polarization studies of high entropy alloy (HEA) of the AlCuCrCoNiFe equiatomic composition in the form of ion-plasma (IP) coatings obtained by PVD CAE method, and as electro-spark (ES) coatings and specimens after intense plastic deformation of the surface by ultrasonic shock treatment. Generalized analysis of the experimental data and regularities of formation of structure, composition and properties during the formation of AlCuCrCoNiFe IP coatings on different substrates were performed. Recommendations are given on the practical use and further development of laboratory technology for producing ingots from HEAs of equiatomic composition and nanostructured IP coatings of HEAs and their use as materials for friction units with high durability in corrosive environments in engineering and instrument industry.
