Treatment of GR24 and TIS 108 was found to result in a shift of orientation of the spindle division, impaired peritus ratio of anticlinal divisions, clustering of cells, disorientation of endoplasmic microtubules and abnormal position of fragmoplasts in meristem cells. Also, during the scientific work combinations of parasitic species of the Wolfs and Owls family and their hosts were established and a comparative table of the species of Owls and Wolfs found in Europe was created. The revision of a number of herbarium of Ukraine made it possible to clarify and summarize information on the available species of lupines and coverlets in the flora of Ukraine, as well as to establish an approximate list of their hosts. During 2018-2019, a number of herbarium collections were processed and about 2000 samples were analyzed, on the basis of which tables were compiled that quantitatively reflect the distribution of these species of parasites in different regions of Ukraine. It has been found that most of the coverings and lupus are found in the steppe natural zone of Ukraine and in the Crimean peninsula. The results obtained can be used in further studies to develop a strategy for the protection of agricultural plants that are adversely affected by parasites.
