The purpose of the work is to find out the mechanisms of influence of external factors (temperature, pressure, gravitational field of the earth, curvature and surface state of interfacial boundaries, electromagnetic, including X-ray, radiation, neutron radiation) on the structure, equilibrium and kinetic properties of soft matter ( fluid systems, ionic liquids, nanostructures, polymers, biomedical objects). Research methods: acoustic, optical, piezometric, dielectric, calorimetric, viscometric, computer simulation, theoretical and analytical. A computer experiment was conducted to determine the thermophysical characteristics of liquid arenas. The possibility of obtaining equilibrium spatial structures of all existing conformers of molecules for a number of substances with a quantitative estimation of the error of modeling of intramolecular electrostatic interactions was tested. Structural-dynamic features of infinitely diluted liquid systems "ionic liquid - dmim + / Cl- - aromatic hydrocarbon" were investigated. The relation between adsorption characteristics between two-dimensional liquid and two-dimensional gas, characteristics of two-dimensional phase transition and character of dependence of potential of intermolecular interaction were established. An algorithm is developed that allows to build extended equations of state of non-ideal solutions. The influence of the limited space of the nanopores of the silicon matrix on the phase transformations in 1-octadecene is analyzed.
