Purpose - To develop, in accordance with the developed design of clinical examinations, systematization and classification of disorders of the basic functions of the brain that determine the direction of rehabilitation measures for each group of ATO fighters Methods of research - registration of EEG and ECG, the author's computerized methods of testing the state of basic psychophysiological functions of man. On the basis of 344 comprehensive examinations of healthy volunteers and fighters with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), it was found that under normal conditions and with PTSD, effective recognition of visual stimulus and formation of adequate sensory and motor integretation is achieved coordinated local information processing processes in the frontal-parieto-occipital and tempo-parietal-occipital neural networks. In TBI under these conditions, the left hemisphere areas responsible for speech and speech processes are significantly activated. TBI fighters have visual impairment of memory and the neurophysiological basis of verbal associative memory. In addition, it was found that the specific increase of the thresholds of auditory sensitivity at a frequency of 4/6 kHz and the formation on the audiogram of "acutumatic tooth" is a specific marker of significant damage to the structures of the main TBI and acutum. A new method of analysis of brain synchronization based on discrete wavelet transform EEG using Kravchuk functions is proposed. It is established that glasses with a nanomodified fullerene filter can serve as a basis for the development of a new non-medicated method of rehabilitation of TBI and / or PTSD fighters.  Product Description popup.authors Zyma Igor G.
