A mathematical model has been worked out for the calculation of resonance frequencies. The series of experiments conducted to detect blind holes in glass-fibre plastic stratified panels. Experiments are conducted on the square and round blind holes by sizes from 4 to 20 mm. The design of model of device for realization of dynamic speckle images technique has been improved, in particular calculations of parameters of optical scheme conducted and the optical system collected. Part of software is modernized for a programmatic-algorithmic complex. For determination of influence of speed of cutting and technological parameters of cutting tool on quality of the treated surface of plastic composite material the series of experiments were conducted. In samples of the stratified carbon fibre-reinforced composite with 3.4 mm thickness, holes with diameter 6 mm were made by a drill from high-speed steel of Р6М5 with standard grinding and drill with cutting edges. Velocity of spindle rotation was 460 and 1560 revolutions per minute. For this material, cutting tool and terms of tooling, the best quality of the treated surface is arrived at velocities of spindle rotation 1560 revolutions per minute. Comparative tests conducted on mashing showed that samples with holes, made by a drill with cutting edges, demonstrated 5-10% best results in relation to samples, treated by drills with standard grinding.
