Purpose of the work - development of principles of creation and realization of buildings of high energy efficiency with consistent implementation of the following chain: house of high energy efficiency (75 kWh/m2 per year) - passive house (15 kWh/m2 per year) - zero energy house - "smart" house - house as a micro smart grid system. The basic conceptual principles of the construction of passive houses were taken into account during the creation: compactness, maximum tightness of enclosing structures, high-quality and maximum insulation, lack of cold bridges, correct geometry, orientation around the world. New technologies of multilayer enclosing structures, sealed multi-chamber double-glazed windows with low-emission coating and multi-chamber profiles frame of windows have been applied. The basic and block diagrams of a complex combined energy supply system have been developed. Complex heat supply solutions implemented: autonomous polyvalent system based on heat pump using soil heat, solar energy insulation and recuperative ventilation. Electricity supply system based on solar and wind energy. Much attention is paid to the creation of an automated measuring system, which includes various automated continuous measurements of temperature fields, heat fluxes, humidity, pressure, and external climatic parameters. Sensors and measuring instruments are housed in building structures, indoors and in the air. The original multi-channel compact unit for experimental determination of temperatures, thermal measurement, humidity of air in the studies of energy efficiency of buildings and structures has been developed.
