Poljakov of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The analysis of existing repositories of coal wastes was carried out and perspective ecologically safe ways of lowering the water level and removal of technogenic deposits in the form of highly concentrated hydraulic mixtures were substantiated. On the basis of the analysis, a method for calculating the parameters and modes of hydrotransport of residues of technogenic deposits with a high pollution content in the form of highly concentrated hydraulic mixtures was developed. In addition, the conditions of formation of coal storage waste storage facilities as hydrotechnical structures were analyzed. The factors that influence the state of water balance in the system "storage - groundwater - atmosphere" are identified. The prospect of the method of dehydration of coal storage depots by planting waterproof, fast-growing plants on dams and banks at sufficient depth to allow the root system to function as a sponge and pump, and to allow water to be removed from the soil is substantiated. A mathematical model of the fluid filtration process from the repository in the presence of biotechnogenic loading around the perimeter is developed and a model of the fluid filtration process from the repository due to the use of biotechnologies. The results of the work can be used for non-operational repositories of coal-rich waste, which contribute to the complete elimination of man-made environmental impact, and for repositories in operation, the use of these technologies is primarily a way of saving and limiting the size.
