The purpose of R&D project is to develop theoretical bases, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for managing the FES of BE and ensure their innovative development based on modeling of economic situations. In performing R&D project, traditional and special research methods were used, including: logical generalization, synthesis, analysis, comparison, decomposition, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical modeling, taxonomic, financial and strategic analysis, structural-functional methods and others. According to the results of R&D project, theoretical and methodological bases of management of FES of BE in strategies for their innovative development have been developed; scientific and methodological support for the processes of formation, implementation and modeling of managerial strategies for FES and BE innovative development have been developed; strategies and technologies of management for FES and innovative development of business structures have been developed; a set of scientific and practical recommendations for ensuring the ability of BE to manage FES in the process of innovative development in a dynamic environment was created. The value of R&D project’s results lies in the prospective implementation at the micro- and macroeconomic levels. The results of the study may be used by: ministries and agencies for the development of administrative documents and other by-laws ones; by the regional and local executive authorities in developing innovative development strategies; in the activity of institutional economy sectors entities of different ownership and organizational-legal forms in the development of financial, economic and innovation strategies; by the higher education institutions in the educational process for implementation of educational programmes.
