In conducting an in-depth study of 16,073 cases of victims of the Chernobyl accident, which were considered by the Central Interagency Expert Committee during 2014-2016, 796 cases of participants of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident with hypertension were selected. The analysis of the structure of medical expert reports on the disease, causes of disability and death of the victims of the Chernobyl NPP accident in the remote post-accident period allowed to substantially objectify the medical and social characteristics of the victims of the Chernobyl NPP accident. The main informative criteria for the development and progression of hypertension disease among clean-up workers of the Chernobyl NPP accident for making expert decisions in establishing the linkage of the disease with participation in the work in Chernobyl NPP, based on the timing of vegetative-vascular dystonia, primary diagnosis of hypertension disease, inpatient treatment, development vascular events (stroke, myocardial infarction). According to the study results, 10 research papers (2 articles and 8 abstracts) and 5 media publications (All-Ukrainian newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine '' Voice of Ukraine '' and a TV presentation), 2 papers at international scientific conferences were published. One new technology has been developed. Four seminars of national and regional level were held for activists of Chernobyl NPP victims public organizations.
