Subject of the study is psychotherapeutic technologies of assistance to different categories of victims in overcoming manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder. The purpose of the study (second stage) is to develop and approve theoretical and methodological models of research aimed at the gradual creation of technologies of psychotherapeutic care for different categories of victims with manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder. Research methods: modeling; psychodiagnostic procedures and methods; observation and self-observation; analysis of the practice of crisis counseling and psychotherapy; analysis of products of activity; qualitative and statistical data analysis. Developed the heoretical models of the personal profile of veterans and servicemen with manifestations of PTSD, members of their families (wives, children), internally displaced persons have been developed; he structure of such a phenomenon as the resilience of psychologists and psychotherapists working with the victims has been clarified; the model of the personal profile of the reader of the print media, characterized by indirect manifestations of PTSD, is constructed. Psychodiagnostic procedures for the above mentioned categories of victims were determined, and their testing was carried out. The data obtained were interpreted and hypotheses regarding the specificity of psychotherapeutic intervention were put forward. Structural and functional models of assistance to the victims are created (goals and objectives, strategies, principles, forms, means are outlined); These models were tested, on the basis of which specific psychotherapeutic technologies were used to work with the specified categories of traumatized persons.
