It is shown that the coating obtained by electric arc spraying with PD 75H19Z3C2 has the highest corrosion resistance in solution of 3% NaCl + 0.025% (NH4OH), and tribocorrosion in 3% NaCl, saturated with hydrogen sulfide. The optimal composition of powder wires for corrosion- and wear-resistant electric arc coatings is proposed for restoration of work surfaces of parts and increase of their work life in corrosion-active environments. Experimental and industrial testing of the workability of parts with electric arc coatings on the details of treatment facilities of LMCW “Lvivvodokanal” and the friction surfaces of the shafts of pumps at PE “Oliar” is underway.
