The aim of the project is to develop the physical basis for the creation of a new generation of hybrid polymer composite materials (GPCM) with multicomponent fillers - nanocarbon / inorganic nanoparticles with controlled electrophysical characteristics for use in the microwave range of electromagnetic radiation, based on the establishment of correlation, interphase interaction, type of conductive cluster of carbon nanoparticles and determine their influence on the function ionic characteristics of hybrid carbon-inorganic materials. As part of the work on the second stage of research, new hybrid polymer composite materials with different ratios of graphite nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes and inorganic TiO2, BaTiO3 nanoparticles were obtained. Concentration dependences of electrical conductivity and temperature dependences of electrical resistance of the obtained hybrid polymer composites were experimentally investigated. For the first time, hybrid CMs with different ratios of graphite nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes have two percolation transitions (quasi-dynamic and static). The first is a quasi-dynamic percolation transition, the nature of which is associated with the movement of individual light nano-carbon particles in low viscosity epoxy. The second percolation transition is static and is described by classical percolation theory. The synergistic effect in electrical conductivity for CM with low GNP content is observed after dynamic percolation transition, and in KM with high content of GNP after static percolation transition, which is related to the different nature of formation of electrically conducting cluster in the hybrid composite.  Product Description popup.authors Vovchenko Ludmila L.
