It is the same alloy with NKM composition. popup.stage_title Head Zholos Oleksandr Viktorovich, Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 30-01-2020 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description2  Object of study: expression, activation mechanisms and functions of TRPC4 / V4 / M8 channels in smooth muscle, endothelial and epithelial cells in normal and pathological conditions of different genesis. Purpose: to determine the expression and function of sensory and receptor-controlled TRP channels, as well as their interaction with other potential dependent channels (in particular BKCa, L-Ca), as potential target molecules for the correction of canalopathy in hypertension of different genesis, early non-motor manifestations in disease (CP) and disorders of the barrier function of the epithelium and endothelium. Research methods: electrophysiological (petch clamps registration of transmembrane ion currents and membrane potential), calciummetry using laser confocal microscopy, tensometry, balonography, immunohistochemical identification of dopaminergic neurons, etc. (specified in the Terms of Reference). Fundamental mechanisms of functioning of receptor-controlled TRPC4, mechanosensitive TRPV4 and thermosensitive TRPM8 channels in different cell types are investigated, and key links of TRP-mediated signaling in interaction with other potential-dependent channels (BKCa potassium channels, large potassium channels, L2 type) are identified. regulation of vascular tone and contractile activity of visceral smooth muscle under conditions of norm and pathology, characterized by 2 models of Parkinson's disease to further study the role of TRP channels in the pathogen ezi the disease.
