The aim of the study: to improve the treatment outcomes of late radiation complications by the individualization of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies taking into account the prognostical and pathogenetic factors. Research methods and apparatus: clinical, laboratory (clinical blood test, biochemical blood test, coagulation test), instrumental (biochemical analyzer «Express plus», automatic hematology analyzer SF-3000 «Sysmex», automatic blood coagulation analyzer ACL-7000, electrocardiograph FX-326U, hardware and software complex «Mediana», ultrasound machine «Toshiba Xario»), statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the approaches to the prevention of late radiation complications in patients with cervical cancer after radiation therapy have been further developed. It is established that the increase of hematocrit and fibrinogen before radiation therapy are the major prognostic factors of the general laboratory parameters in patients with cervical cancer. The laboratory features of cytolytic syndrome in patients with cervical cancer before radiotherapy is a background for the formation of late radiation complications. Novelty: it is the first time when the radiation toxicity risk factors have been established. Late radiation complications, such as fibrotic and degenerative changes, were identified in patients with cervical cancer - 32.3% and 25.2% respectively. Fibrotic late radiation complications are twice more frequent in overweight patients. The chance of fibrotic changes developing increases 2.8 times after surgery. Usage efficiency: none. Field of application: medical radiology, oncology. Product Description popup.authors Vinnikov Volodymyr A. Hladkykh Fedir V. Dryhval Anton A. Krasnoselskyi Mykola V. Kulinich Halyna V.
