The current situation in Ukraine dictates the need to take into account different, unconsolidated information about the complexity and atypical damage of tissues, organs and systems of the human body due to the influence of various factors (bullet wounds, thermal burns, damage by ionizing radiation, combustion products, and psychologic products). Such lesions include gunshot wounds of the soft tissues and purulent-septic complications of postoperative wounds (including bullet wounds), lesions of the upper respiratory tract and cardiovascular system. In this case, the process of identifying life-threatening conditions requires the use of new approaches, concepts, methods and information technologies that will allow to improve the efficiency of the field doctor's activity and promptness of medical decision making in difficult conditions, in particular, during combat operations. The peculiarity of the research structure was to create a system for automated acquisition and input of bio tissue tissue polarization process into the computer, to carry out laboratory tests and full-scale studies, to adjust the system parameters based on the obtained data, to conduct final field tests and to draw conclusions regarding the real capabilities of the system for detection the state of viability of the biotissue link. Also, a new method of pre-diagnosis of lethal end of myocardial infarction of the left and right ventricles will allow, unlike the known analogues and prototypes, to predict the threat of lethal end development in the shortest possible time according to the available biochemical and clinical parameters.
