The subject of the study is the level of EMR and the availability of a radio navigation field in the area of aircraft landing. Theoretical background and methods of research: the use of a comprehensive systematic approach that integrates principles of radio navigation and electromagnetic field theory. The research is based on modern methods of radio navigation field availability control, methods of electromagnetic field control, methods of assessing radio navigation field accessibility and interference in the landing area. The technology of radio navigation field control and the electromagnetic environment in the approach area has been developed to improve the aircraft GNSS landing safety. A set of algorithms and programs for the implementation of methods of the electromagnetic state and radio navigation field availability control, in the airfield area, as well as a method of the combined influence of radio navigation field availability and noise conditions assessing, on the quality of the landing area navigation definitions, has been developed. A prototype of a radio-navigation field monitoring hardware and software complex has been developed in which the proposed methods of estimating the combined influence of the factors of the radio navigation field accessibility and interference situation has been implemented. The conducted experimental researches allow asserting that the created sample is an effective and promising domestic development.
