The objective of the work is the creation of new electro-thermo-surgical technologies, specialized equipment and instruments for stopping bleeding in surgical interventions for traumatic injuries and inflammatory lesions, treatment of wounds, including in the case of minimally invasive interventions. Research methods and equipment list - modeling of biological tissue welding process under the influence of electrothermal surgical technologies using the results of previous research on experimental laboratory complexes, processing and analysis of the obtained data. During the implementation of the scientific and technical project, schematic diagrams were developed, on the basis of which a model of a specialized combined electrothermosurgical apparatus was created and tested, combining two technologies: high-frequency welding and convection-infrared treatment of biological tissues, including injuries and fire injuries of the different type. Two variants of circuit power supply of the heating element of the tool for convection infrared processing have been developed: high frequency voltage from the high frequency power supply circuit and with DC from through the adjustable power supply. The conducted modeling of the equipment on the topic and the results of the tests of the models will serve as a basis for the further development of the design documentation for the creation of prototypes of specialized electro-thermosurgical equipment and instruments.
