The purpose of the work is to obtain metal-organic substances with nanoscale structure exhibiting anti-influenza activity by modifying the surface of the substances with the help of electron-beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) technology with the use of QSAR (Quantitative Structure Activity - Relationship) ) technologies for the prediction and molecular design of bionic drugs with a set of properties and the implementation of these technologies to create new effective anti-influenza agents. Based on the purpose of the work the main tasks are: • Selection of adequate experimental methods for the study of specific antiviral activity against influenza viruses. • Development and improvement of nanoscale (Ag, Cu) deposition method using EB-PVD on the surface of crystals of selected organic compounds. • Selection of reference drugs for comparative evaluation of their antiviral activity. • Obtaining new nanoparticles with nanosized metal particles (Ag, Cu) on the surface of crystals of organic compounds using EB-PVD.
