An important γ-crotonolactone reagent with a wide range of biological effects has been synthesized and used as an intermediate synthetic product for the modification of thiosulfonates to obtain new water-soluble thiosulfonic acid esters. Created composite preparations in various preparative forms were used for microbiological decontamination of oat seeds and their growth-regulating effect was revealed.
