The aim of the work is to create materials (fluxes) and technology of brazing of aluminum thin-walled structures in a controlled gas environment in exchange of energy-intensive and environmentally hazardous brazing technology by immersion in salt melt of chloride-fluoride corrosion fluxes. The chemical interaction in the heterogeneous system "jet flux based on the salt system K, Al, Si / F - aluminum oxide - aluminum" was investigated. The perspective compositions of fluoride flux mixtures based on the K, Al, Si / F salt system and their melting temperature are determined.
