Its essence is to determine the content of 9Be and 10B by irradiation of materials in which it is necessary to determine their content by bremsstrahlung g-quanta with Ebr = 37 MeV. 7Be is easily detected by the gamma-ray spectrometric method. Using equality within the measurement error (20-30%) both integral cross sections of the 7Be production in the reactions 9Be (g, 2n) and 10B (g, 2np) among themselves, and the cross sections of the 10Be creation in the reactions 9Be (n, g) and 10B (n, p) with each other and knowing the neutron fluences at the NPP, one can calculate the activity of 10Be. A spectroscopic method based on the measurement of electron spectra was created, which takes into account the physicochemical state of the studied objects and the instability of the electronic systems in the field. This method allows to study the concentration of 90Sr and 137Cs in different objects when changing the ratio of 137Cs / 90Sr from 1 to 100 with an error of better 20%. A technique was developed that takes into account the change in the density of inanimate objects and is based on the shift of the peak position of the 137Cs conversion electrons. Verification of this technique by the radiochemical measurements of 90Sr in soil samples showed complete agreement within 10-15%, with a four order change in activity of the samples. A spectroscopic method of the 90Sr registration by characteristic radiation was created. Its essence is to introduce formulas for determining of the 90Sr activity by characteristic and gamma radiation: yttrium and 241Am in the case of dominance in the samples of the 241Am activity or yttrium and / or zirconium and barium in the case of dominance of 137Cs.
