It is realize due to the current, its type and pressure of the gas environment. The main requirements for controlling systems of the main parameters of glow discharge heating and for the devices of supplying its stable occurrence was formulated. The controlling systems for the glow discharge current and for the gas pressure in the chamber as well as adaptive stabilizers were developed. They are provide independent determination of the limit of the stable occurrence of the glow discharge and heating at the modes corresponding to the highest energy characteristics of the discharge. The results obtained during the third stage of the research work make it possible to control the energy parameters of the glow discharge. It is possible due to the stable occurrence of glow discharge within the selected form in the welding, brazing and surface treatment processes throughout the entire isothermal heating cycle by the usage of technical facilities for discharge current regulating within 1...10 A and gas pressures in the gas-discharge chamber from 13.3 to 26.6 kPa. In turn, the latter approach will significantly increase the productivity of the process of obtaining of diffusion-welded joints made of materials that significantly differ in physical and mechanical properties and have a limited or unsatisfactory ability to weld.
