Purpose: To conduct a comprehensive interdisciplinary study of the labor potential of Ukraine and to develop practical recommendations on the mechanism of its preservation and development, taking into account world experience. Research Methods: The process of cognition was conducted in terms of the principles of historicism, objectivity, complementarity and validity, which formed the methodological basis for a comprehensive analysis of the subject of study. In the process of phase 1 of the study, historical, dogmatic, comparative, structural-logical, static, graphical methods, as well as methods of comparative-geographical and correlation analysis were used. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to the implementation of state policy in the sphere of preservation and development of the labor potential of Ukraine is justified: in terms of law, economy, demography, migration, education and health care. The main focus is on the analysis of international labor standards for the conservation and development of labor potential, determination of compliance of national legislation with these standards. The experience of foreign countries on the mechanisms of implementation of economic, educational, demographic, migration policy is investigated, practical recommendations on their implementation in Ukraine are determined. The experience of creating employment centers at higher education institutions has been generalized and a mock-up of an online platform has been developed to facilitate the employment of students and graduates of HSE.  Product Description popup.authors Ivanitsky Anton V.
