A systematic approach to the application of structural-parametric synthesis and analysis to solving the problem of rational design solutions of roll presses is formulated and described. The layout and basic technical solutions of the roller block, driveline and presser of high pressure are formed, which provide a long service life and the possibility, depending on the needs of production, to implement the processes of briquetting, compacting or crushing.
