Subject of research: the methods of modeling system dynamics; models and methods of determining the system of informative features on the basis of information, geometric, spectral analysis of the integral characteristics of the functioning and development of complex systems; models determining the behavior of systems based on their internal structure, methods for identifying such models. Aim purpose of the work: building of adequate mathematical models of dynamics of systems of different nature, the development of effective methods of classification of problem situations based on different types of analysis of current states and observations of systems, increasing the reliability of identification of problem situations in complex systems. Research method: modeling of dynamics, structure, behavior of complex systems, model identification on the basis of observational data, estimation of model adequacy. A spatial-dynamical model was developed for identification of the structure of cyanobacterial accumulation in the aquatic area for biosecurity purposes. In the model of logical time, global clocks were introduced, an analog of the Szpilrajn Extension Theorem for clock structures is proved, and the technique of slices in clock structures is introduced. Computational experiments were carried out for periodic and non-periodic impedance-type systems to describe the diffraction and scattering processes of electromagnetic waves at different structures. A wide range of agent behaviors in complex tax-related economic systems, banking risk management, and the cryptocurrency market have been investigated.
