Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2   The aim of the work was to develop a new approach to the regulation of pathologically altered metabolism - a multiligand correction of metabolism by a complex of low molecular weight biological substances.This complex consists of specially obtained strains of cultures of microalgae and yeast, which are subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis with subsequent separation of low molecular weight components using membrane separation technology.Research Methods - modern biotechnology methods, in particular: cell culture methods, methods of enzyme isolation and their use for obtaining low-molecular components of biological systems, methods of toxicity assessment in experimental animals, testing of biological action of low-molecular compounds in the in vitro system and in cell culture, methods of development of regulation of metabolism, mathematical methods of modeling of regulation of metabolism by poly ligand substances, physicochemical methods of characterization of low molecules gns and other substances. The technology of obtaining low-molecular components of biologically active substances from various sources (yeast, microalgae, colostrum) has been developed. For the first time, samples of low molecular weight components from several biological sources (yeast, fungi, microalgae and cow colostrum) have been obtained. The characteristics of these samples are investigated, they are shown to have no analogues in biological action. The system of primary screening of low molecular weight biological substances has been developed. The characteristics of the total composition of the substances obtained are given.
