Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The purpose of the work is to determine the physical mechanisms of implementation of biogenic membrane-dependent effects of low-intensity laser radiation depending on its characteristics - the dose and the wavelength range, and to obtain the ability to control the life processes of biological objects using LLLT. Research methods - radiophysical, biophysical, biochemical, physico-chemical, mathematical. The effect of LLLT of different ranges (terahertz (THz) - 70.6 μm, mean infrared - 10.6 μm, visible 632.8 nm, ultraviolet (UV) 337 nm), as well as incoherent polychromatic polarized (VI range, 480-3400 nm) - on the membrane structures of bioobjects of different complexity using the methods of polarography, spectrophotometry, microscopy, fluorimetry. The theory of physical mechanisms of biogenic membrane-dependent effects of LLLT with different characteristics is formulated. Methods for managing the vital activity of microorganisms and cells under conditions of hypothermic storage with LLLT are substantiated. The justification for the effective modes and methods of irradiation of biological objects with different properties was obtained. Optimal modes of cascade disintegration of C.diphtheriae microbial cells have been determined. Product Description popup.authors Gurin Oleg V. D'agileva Elena A. Zabelina Irina A. Kovalenko Alina O.
