The surface of the body emits a periodic velocity with a given frequency and amplitude. The method of separation of variables, translational addition theorems for spherical wave functions and relations representing spherical wave functions through cylindrical and vice versa is applied. This approach allows to satisfy all boundary conditions and to obtain an exact solution to the boundary value problem. The calculations are reduced to solution of an infinite system of algebraic equations with respect to which it is stated that its solution by the method of cutting coincides.
