Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The objects of study – electrophysiological state of the human brain under influence of electromagnetic radiation of various spectral characteristics in the visible range which is perceived by visual tract and skin-optical analyzer; diagnostic methods for defining the brain functional state. The research objective – model development intended for the optical information perception of various spectral characteristics by specific (eye) and nonspecific (skin) sensory systems; development of theoretical foundations for the creation of holographic methods intended for diagnosing the state of the visual and skin-optical systems. The research method – theoretical and experimental study of functioning processes in the visual and skin-optical perception systems under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of the visible range with different spectral characteristics; holographic methods intended for diagnosis of the human visual and skin-optical system and a general state of human body. The experimental study of brain rhythm and other indicators of the organism state varying under influence of electromagnetic radiation in the visible range on the visual analyzer of the peoples with healthy visual apparatus and skin of peoples both with normal vision and visually impaired was carried out. Objective differences of the light effect of different colors on the variation of brain rhythms and the functional status of the visual and skin analyzers in both patient population groups were disclosed. Based on the analysis of the obtained experimental results and existing theoretical developments of other authors, the working hypothesis concerning functioning of visual and skin-optical analyzers by using the holographic model of electromagnetic stimuli perception of different spectral characteristics have been proposed. New devices for ophthalmology – holographic maculostimulator and holographic visocontrastometer have been developed and improved based on the theoretical argumentatio Product Description popup.authors Ielchishcheva Iuliia V.
