Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The purpose of work is development of short-time and ultra-wide band processes and signals from different origin analyze methods. This analyze is based on non-traditional linear and nonlinear integral transforms (Wigner transform, Choi – Williams transform, Born – Jordan transform, wavelet transform etc.) with include fractal structure of signals and processes. For achievement this purpose next problems had been solved. 1. The linear and nonlinear integral transforms class change was described. 2. The algorithms and programs for realize Wigner transform, Choi – Williams transform, Born – Jordan transform, wavelet transform, adaptive Fourier transform was development. 3. This algorithms and programs had been used for short-time and ultra-wide band processes and signals from different origin with include them fractal structure analyze. 4. The analyze results for short-time and ultra-wide band processes and signals from different origin with include them fractal structure was compared. The optima classes of integral transforms was chosen. 5. The practical recommendations for this methods and programs applying at seismology, volcanology, meteorology, space geophysics, geophysics exploring, perspective short-pulse (nanosecond) radiolocation, big data transmission with supersonic speed, telecommunications and medicine has been developed.
