The main goal of the project is investigation of the formation processes of C, ZnО С/ZnO and ZnO/NiO high-precision electrodes, with morphology, structure, elemental composition and thickness, which determine the increase of electrochemical characteristics of lithium ion electrochemical accumulators. Main results: a new device based on the hollow-cathode and DC magnetron sputtering has been created, that allows condensation to be realized under conditions close to thermodynamic equilibrium and provides the formation of porous carbon, zinc oxide and nickel oxide nanosystems with a wide range of structural and morphological characteristics. Elemental composition and phase analysis, as well as the surface morphology studies of ZnO, NiO, and C condensates have been carried out. The correlation between the morphological characteristics of the obtained ZnO and C porous layers and the technological parameters of their formation have been established. A device for measuring the cyclic current-voltage characteristics of the obtained electrodes has been developed. The software to determine the characteristics of the battery on the basis of the obtained electrodes, and display data in digital form on a computer have been created using LabView 2012.
