Self-consistent systems of differential equations for complex electromagnetic wave amplitudes for the studied SFEL models were obtained in a cubic-nonlinear approximation. It is found that in plasma-beam SFEL there is a significant increase in the amplification coefficients of the electromagnetic wave signal, provided that the angle of inflow of the electron beam relative to the longitudinal focusing magnetic field is increased. It is shown that the use of helical REBs in two-stream SFELs allows to obtain a powerful multiharmonic electromagnetic signal with a wider spectrum than FELs that use rectilinear beams. It has been found that the control of the quality of the formation of a multiharmonic spatial charge wave can be achieved by applying an electrostatic field in the two-stream SFEL flight section. It has been shown that a decrease in the longitudinal magnetic field strength up to the critical value is associated with an increase in the saturation levels and rates of electromagnetic radiation enhancement in the plasma-beam SFEL of the Doppletron type.
