Application small flat solid-state detectors for radiating nondestructive testing of objects of power and the aviation technics that has allowed to raise resolution capability of the control to 20 pairs lin./mm is investigated, that in 4÷5 time exceeds the permission standard flat panel detectors. The processing technique of nondestructive testing which allows to reveal defective sites of controllable object is offered Х-гау mini and in details them to investigate by means of small flat panel detectors with high-resolution capability. On a basis small the flat panel detector the scanning x-ray television system of nondestructive test which consists of an electromechanical drive, electronic assemblies and special software is developed. The developed system provides receptions standard images in the size to 250 mm at the expense of digital sewing together small x-ray images to within 20 microns at sensitivity of the control of 1 % and the permission of 20 steams of lin./mm. Are developed high-sensitivity x-ray television system type adjustments «the x-ray screen ─ optics ─ the CMOS-sensor» which have a number of advantages before others: high X-ray parametres; simplicity of a design; small dimensions and weight; low cost, etc. The first adjustments is intended for the control of products from composit substances, in particular for the control of sheets from ceramics on the basis of carbide of silicon which use in bullet-proof vests for protection of military men of armed forces of Ukraine. The second adjustment is portable and is intended for the control of welded joints of pipes of small diameter (from 20 to 50 mm) in the conditions of the limited space and in remote places.
