Object of study - processes of baro- and electromembrane separation, process of ozonation and sorption. Subject of study - modes of microfiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, ozonation and sorption purification, physicochemical composition of liquids in food production. Purpose of the project is to develop technologies for the purification of food production liquids by baro- and electromembrane methods for the preparation of concentrated solutions of mineral substances and the separation of ballast compounds. Research methods - experimental and theoretical. Initially, a nanofiltration (NF) whey permeate was selected from the initial analysis to obtain concentrates of mineral salts of natural origin for the domain of drinking water or remineralization. It is established that the ozonation process can further increase the efficiency of the carbon sorption filter by 6 times. Positive effect of ozonation on NF permeate during its further treatment on membrane installations is shown. It was possible to increase the productivity of reverse osmosis membranes in the separation of a solution of NF permeate of whey treated with ozone by 25…30% compared with untreated NF permeate. Physicochemical parameters of the obtained concentrates for the remineralization of drinking water were studied and the TС and TI for their production were developed. Equipment for processing of a solution of NF permeate by whey with ozone is proposed and described. The modernization of the existing scheme for the processing of NF permeate with the using of ozonation and the scheme of complete and waste-free processing of NF permeate using ozonation, sorption filters and electrodialysis.
