The object of the study is the contractual relations with the implementation of works in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to develop a theoretical model of contractual regulation of subordinate relations, to analyze the fundamental theoretical provisions of private law theory through the prism of special conditions of European integration processes in Ukraine. Research methods - general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular dialectical, comparative-legal and formal-legal methods, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. As a result of the research, a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in a comprehensive study of the problems of regulation of contractual relations, have been made. The system of contracts, which mediate the obligations to perform the work, clarifies the criteria for the delineation of contracts and other contractual structures. The general features that combine all contractual contractual obligations into the contractual type of work are identified and a detailed analysis of the main contracts for the work. Suggestions for improvement of current legislation and practice of its application are outlined. The main results of the research work are reflected in the scientific publications Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study - it is predicted to introduce a unified approach of the legislator to develop a mechanism for the legal regulation of contractual relations, as well as harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law in view of Ukraine's accession to the WTO through the direction of the activities of government bodies that carry out rulemaking.
