Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  During the implementation of the scientific and technical project, the relations of molecular and biological indicators associated with the inflammatory process at the level of the organism were analyzed in intact animals after implantation of fatherland implantation materials based on calcium phosphates. It was found that the ratio of circulating microRNAs -126, -155 and-125b and C-reactive protein changes in the blood of intact animals implanted in the tibia of BIOMIN, which indicates the presence of an inflammatory process at the level of the organism. Along with this, in the blood of the studied animals, an increase in the level of lymphocytes, red blood cells and platelets is determined against the background of an increase in the level of hemoglobin and hematocrit. High biocompatibility of BIOMIN with bone tissue of the tibia of intact animals was established. It has been demonstrated that BIOMIN is a stimulator of osteogenesis at the implantation site. There were no signs of destruction and inflammatory reaction of the tissues adjacent to the biomaterial implantation area. When analyzing the cytomorphological features of vital organs of animals implanted in the tibia of BIOMIN, it was determined that the morpho-functional state of the kidneys, liver, spleen, and lungs corresponded to the physiological norm.Tthe changes in the blood parameters of intact animals after implantation of BIOMIN are probably non-specific, because it is a consequence of changes in the epigenetic regulation of proteins associated with the inflammatory process at the level of the organism, and require further research.
