A method for the prevention of recurrence after bone-replacement plastic in malignant primary tumors of the lower extremities by the use of bioactive ceramics Biomin and Dalargin neuropeptide has been developed. The use of Biomin according to radiological and biochemical markers shows that this bioceramic substance has inherent osteoinductive and osteointegration properties. The growth of markers of bone resorption and osteosynthesis has been shown to favor recurrence or metastasis and is observed 6-10 months before the clinical/ radiological manifestation of recurrence and metastasis. The use of bioactive ceramics Biomin contributes to a stable tendency to improve the immediate and proper results of treatment of patients with bone tumors - there is no instability of the endoprosthesis, the number of inflammatory complications and local recurrences of tumors significantly reduced. The increase in the content of blood and urine in patients with bone lesions markers of bone resorption and osteosynthesis indicates the progression of the tumor process 6 months before the clinical / radiological manifestation of recurrence and metastasis. The developed methods of treatment of patients with tumoral bone lesions using Biomin and Dalargin neuropeptide contribute to prolonging and improving the quality of life of treated patients.
