The level of indicators of activity of cardiovascular system at rest and during exam session in students of 17-20 years was determined. The biggest changes in the CCS indicators were caused by the exam stress, during which the CCS parameters went beyond the norm. After the exam, heart rate and ATS decreased, but not immediately after acquiring baseline data, ATD gradually increased. While writing the module and attending the practical training, the hemodynamic indexes are almost equally increased, and in the second semester their impact on the SSS status was less noticeable. There were no significant deviations in the hemodynamics of girls and boys during the training. The girls had slightly lower blood pressure and heart rate. The next stage was determining the health level of students according to Opanasenko GL. According to the Robinson Index, most girls had low and below average levels, and after exercise, the percentage of girls with low levels increased. The boys were dominated by the average Robinson index, and after exercise, even below its average. A significant increase in the Kerdo index toward sympathicotonia was observed during the exam. At the end of the school year, sympathicotonia prevailed, but the percentage of students with normotonic indexes increased and the vagotonia index decreased.
