However, the combined effect of these receptors resulted in blocking the phosphorylation of Akt kinase and its targets - mTOR, 70S6K, S6RP, and 4E-BP, complete inhibition of p38MAPK kinase phosphorylation, and did not significantly affect the phosphorylation level of JNK1 / 2 and ERK1 / 2. It has been shown for the first time that the expression of CD150 or CD180 is associated with the sensitivity of B lymphocytes in CLL to the combined effect of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide: B lymphocytes of CLL patients are more sensitive to the combined use of fludarabine with CD180 than cyclophosphamide. It has been shown for the first time that cases of CLL are characterized by heterogeneity in the content of soluble form of sCD150 in the serum of CLL patients, which does not correlate with the level of sCD150 mRNA expression of malignant transformed cells.
